Care to elaborate on why this "feels like" black costume Spidey? I'm not seeing it. Also, totally dead on about the casting being straight of Ditko (albeit with slightly updated/less matted hair). Also, how can a Spidey movie ever have angst that is overwrought? That's the essential nature of Spiderman.
